Modern day religion has conditioned most church goers to believe that only “special” men hear from God and are equipped & qualified to minister. Yet, the Bible tells us that the purpose of the five fold ministry is to equip the entire body of Christ to be ministers. If you are a believer, you are a minister – and we want to help you be an effective one.

Our mandate is to equip and send out a company of fearless men and women empowered by the truth of Gods Word, filled with the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit and walking in the authority paid for by the blood of Jesus. Together, we will fulfill our Heavenly Fathers mandate of advancing His Kingdom “on earth as it is in Heaven”.

At Five Fold Forward, we believe that the only way forward for the world-wide church of Jesus Christ – is to re-discover and bring a fresh understanding to the original blueprint that Jesus Himself gave to His Church – the five fold ministry as described in Eph 4:11-16. This blueprint, this model of ministry, is how the early church turned the world upside down and transformed culture everywhere they went. Where religion and traditions of man have lost the culture war in our current day, we believe that implementing this scriptural mandate can and will turn the tide back in Heavens favor and bring lasting transformation to the world around us.
Scriptural Foundation
- Key Verses: The concept of the five fold ministry is found in Ephesians 4:11-16. Other important verses describing the relationship between the five fold ministry and spiritual gifts are Ephesians 2:20-22, 1 Corinthians 12:4-11, 27-31, Romans 12:6-8.
- The text attributes these roles as gifts from Christ to the church.
- The Apostle Paul wrote about these roles to the church in Ephesus, explaining their purpose.
